Shipments and returns

If you order online the postage and packaging charges are set.  Contact us by email or phone if you want a cheaper option. If we send a package rather than a Track pack, this could be cheaper but parcels are not tracked. NZ Post rather than a courier could be another option.  We will ensure that your order is packed well.

We are well aware that the postage/courier charges can be high.

We charge what we buy the packs and tickets for. If you want your order urgently Track Pack is the way to go though.

We pack the orders as we get them and the courier picks them up the twice a day. Orders before 9am will usually go on he morning courier. Before 3pm will catch the afternoon courier.We do not have a courier service on the weekend. NZ Post will depend on the goodwill of Dave to take the packages to the Post Office in the morning. Our Post Office is closed on the weekend.
